Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Amelia Toronto, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.

 


 

 

Returning a Product

 


 

Timeframe

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 


 

 

Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

 


For items where hygiene is important, products must be clean and in acceptable condition before initiating a return.

 


 

 

Damage Due to Personal Use

 


We are not responsible for damage caused by:

 

  • Misuse

  • Negligence

  • Improper handling

 


Only manufacturing defects are covered under this policy.

 


 

 

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

 


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Other hygiene-sensitive or sealed items once opened

Refunds

 


 

Procedure

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and issued to your original payment method.

 


 

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

 

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

 

  • Please check your bank or card account

Return Costs

 

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs start from $25

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Amelia Toronto is not responsible for returns lost in transit

 

 


 

 

Return Address

 


All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Asia.

(The exact return address will be provided after your return request is approved.)

 


 

 

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items

 


If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

 

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost

  • If the issue occurs again on the replacement, you will receive a full refund

 

 


 

 

Order Cancellation

 


Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours due to our automated processing system.
