If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. During this time, orders are typically not yet processed, which allows us to cancel them successfully.

 

 

 

Orders Already in Processing

 


After the 12-hour window, your order may already be:

 

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Prepared for shipment

  • Shipped or handed over to the courier

 


Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.


If your order cannot be canceled, we kindly ask that you wait until it has been delivered. You may then request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
